Repetition for Major Saxophone and Percussion Instruments (10–30%)
in the Interpretation & Performance profile of the Department of Music is to be newly filled.
As a répétiteur, you will work closely with the main subject teachers for saxophone and percussion instruments and accompany BA and MA students in rehearsals, lessons, stage performances, and exams.
As a répétiteur, you will work closely with the main subject teachers for saxophone and percussion instruments and accompany BA and MA students in rehearsals, lessons, stage performances, and exams.
We are looking for a musician with in-depth knowledge of the repertoire for saxophone as well as drums, marimba, and timpani, relevant experience in accompanying and supporting aspiring professional musicians in audition, competition, and examination contexts, and a nuanced understanding of pedagogical approaches to optimally prepare and complement the main subject teaching.
You will actively collaborate with the other répétiteurs of the "Interpretation & Performance" profile and contribute to the further development of artistic collaboration in the form of répétition within the Department of Music.
A master's level qualification in piano / piano chamber music as well as several years of experience in a comparable position are expected.
