Apprentice in the 1st or 2nd Year of Training

To complement our «Fugu» daycare team in Zurich Affoltern, we are looking for an apprentice in the 1st or 2nd year of training to start immediately or by arrangement.

«Fugu» daycares are a private company aiming to expand family-supportive childcare at attractive locations. Our «Fugu»-Huus is located at Wehntalerstrasse 400 in the Glaubten development in the center of Affoltern in district 11. Parking spaces for dropping off and picking up children are also available. We have 340m2 of bright rooms at our disposal, which we have child-appropriately expanded and furnished. The opening hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

We are committed to your training! Several people are involved in your education. Our training supervisors, practical instructors, and pedagogical angels support you with their expertise and assist you in achieving your training goals. We go a step further. In addition to the usual learning objectives, you will take on additional responsible tasks. This opens many opportunities for you with us after your training.

TASKS

• Learning professional knowledge and applying it in practice
• Supporting the group leader in managing the children's group according to the pedagogical principles of the «Fugu» daycares
• Actively planning the daily daycare routine
• Independently and/or co-organizing celebrations, festivals, and events

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed compulsory schooling and started training as a childcare specialist EFZ, specializing in children
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Reliable and motivated to learn new things
• Resilient
• Good manners
• Joy and interest in working with children and in a team
