The Sägermatt retirement and nursing home offers a home to 50 people in need of light to intensive care from Lengnau and the surrounding area. Of these, 12 places are in the residential group for people with dementia or special needs. We support and promote their existing resources and are particularly committed to meaningful and enjoyable life and daily activities.
To complement our nursing team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Dipl. HF at least 80%
You bring with you
- Experience in nursing and caring for elderly people
- Joy in the profession and in dealing with elderly people and people with special needs
- High social competence
- Ability to work in an intraprofessional and interdisciplinary team
Tasks
- Ensuring professional nursing based on the nursing process
- Professional care and support of residents in complex situations
- Documenting and interpreting the nursing services provided
- Taking over daily responsibility after a systematic familiarization phase
