At DELTA Zofingen AG, you take responsibility for the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers and ensure smooth processes in our finance team with precise and structured work. Bring in your experience and actively shape the finance department.
- Independent management of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers of DELTA Zofingen AG including subsidiaries in Switzerland and Germany
- Account assignment and posting of creditor invoices
- Monitoring and handling of payment transactions
- Monitoring of open items and execution of dunning, debt collection, and enforcement procedures
- Ongoing reconciliation and monitoring of clearing accounts
- Intercompany reconciliations and settlements
- Support for the Head of Finance, HR & IT in ad-hoc evaluations and/or projects
- Assistance in supervising apprentices in the finance area
- Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and HGB including preparation of audit documents
