Your tasks after a thorough introduction with us are
- ensuring holistic support, care, and nursing of our clients at home
- support and accompaniment of relatives on site
- documentation of nursing-relevant information and forwarding to the responsible specialist
- collaboration with internal contact persons
- information exchange with external bodies such as hospitals, general practitioners, pharmacies, etc.
- possibility to accompany low-phase students and take over daily responsibility (after 2nd/3rd year of training)
