About the job

The Alterssiedlung Grenchen Foundation operates the two senior centers at Weinberg and Kastels for 173 residents and employs 270 staff. In our senior settlements, elderly people live in a family-like atmosphere. We encourage them to lead their own lives even in old age and at the same time offer them a safe, age-appropriate environment in which they feel comfortable.

For the location Alterszentrum am Weinberg, we are looking for a

Deputy Ward Manager (80%-100%)

Your responsibilities include:

Deputizing for the ward manager
Co-responsibility for a nursing ward with 33 beds
Supporting the ward manager in leading and promoting about 25 employees
Team support in care and supervision
House responsibility
Documentation of care in CareCoach
Participation in working groups

You bring the following qualifications:

Certified nursing professional HF or health professional EFZ
Several years of professional experience as well as high social and professional competence
Enjoyment of leadership tasks
Willingness to take responsibility and high self-motivation
Openness to new things
Experience with IT and organizational skills
Knowledge of CareCoach and RAI nursing documentation is an advantage
