The Hofacker Foundation in Weinfelden offers individual and differentiated residential and day-structure places for up to 45 adults with disabilities.

At the overall operational level and attached to the general management, we are seeking from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement an expert for the development of an inclusive internal health service with a 30 to 50% workload.

In this role, you will be responsible, in collaboration with internal and external specialists, for advising on and implementing occupational health topics.

Responsibilities

• Regular health consultations for employees as well as clients at three locations
• Ensuring quality standards according to operational and cantonal requirements
• Training in medication management and documentation obligations
• Seasonal flu prophylaxis
• Handling extended topics such as fall prevention, kinaesthetics, personal care, and others on behalf of the general management.
