Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced occupational therapist for Morges Hospital to join our team within an acute care hospital:
Occupational Therapist Acute Care 80 - 100%
Start date as soon as possible or to be agreed upon.

YOU HAVE
- A recognized CRS occupational therapist diploma or in the process of recognition (possibility to do the internship during employment).
- Experience in hospital occupational therapy is an asset.
- An interest in supervising students in training.
- Energy and heightened sensitivity to relational aspects.
- Communication, listening, and pedagogical skills.
- Confirmed ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and a sense of information sharing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and adapt to patients and colleagues.
- A strong interest in the interdisciplinary approach and comprehensive patient care.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Participate in patient care during their hospitalization.
- Contribute to the development of outpatient hand rehabilitation activities.
- Assess the patient’s functional abilities, set treatment goals, organize and conduct treatment sessions.
- Measure patient progress and adjust treatment goals.
- Participate in the interdisciplinary therapeutic process.
