Your Tasks

Mechanical processing of engine and aircraft parts
Precise work according to manufacturer and engineering documentation
Documentation and independent control of work
Ensuring quality, safety, and process optimization
Application of Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
Compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements
Work in a 2-shift operation

Your Profile

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, specializing in manufacturing
At least 5 years of experience in CNC manufacturing
Solid knowledge in CNC programming (Sinumerik/Heidenhain, TNC530/TNC640)
Experience in single-part and prototype manufacturing as well as 6-axis machining
Confident reading of manufacturing drawings
Responsible, communicative, and reliable
Good German and English skills (at least A2) as well as basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
