ABOUT YOU 

You have a solid electrical engineering education and several years of professional experience. Whether you already have leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership role – you enjoy taking responsibility, organise efficiently and work solution- and team-oriented. 

You enjoy working with people, keep an overview even in demanding situations and recognise potentials for continuous improvement of processes and workflows. 

YOUR TASKS 

• Technical, organisational and personnel leadership and further development of an assembly group of four to seven employees including personnel deployment planning 

• Ensuring quality, timely assembly and productivity

• Participation in demanding assembly and expansion work of building stations

• Requesting materials, performing material bookings and monitoring stock levels 

• Resolving technical problems together with project management and testing office 

• Optimising processes and workflows according to Lean principles 

• Monitoring and analysing reported assembly times, completion reporting of orders

• Collaboration with other production teams, purchasing, logistics and assembly 

YOUR PROFILE 

• Basic electrical engineering training EFZ (e.g. network electrician, electrical installer or assembly electrician) as well as several years of professional experience in assembly, production or plant construction 

• Initial leadership experience is an advantage or willingness to take on leadership responsibility 

• Good ERP and MS Office skills 

• Knowledge or interest in Lean Management, KVP or 5S 

• Organisational talent as well as structured and independent working style 

• Assertiveness, initiative and sense of responsibility
