Senior Physician

• As a senior physician, you lead the interdisciplinary treatment team on an equal footing in dual leadership with the nursing ward management.
• Together with dedicated assistant physicians and psychologists, you ensure comprehensive medical and therapeutic care for our patients.
• Together with the nursing department management, you continuously develop the conceptual orientation of the ward.
• You accompany and promote the assigned assistant physicians and assistant psychologists through structured training and regular supervision.

• You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy.
• You have experience in acute and emergency psychiatry and in treating patients with psychoses.
• You appreciate inpatient work with mentally ill people and feel comfortable in a multiprofessional environment. A recovery-oriented attitude is not just theory for you but lived practice.
• Commitment, personal responsibility, and an independent working style characterize you as well as your joy in team exchange.
• You like to work independently, take responsibility, and make decisions on your own.
• You have a professional practice license from the canton of St. Gallen or meet the necessary requirements to obtain it before starting the position.
• Very good German skills (at least level C1) complete your profile.
