Specialist Safety and Occupational Health (m/f/d) - 100%

Location: Grenchen (CH)

Contract type: permanent

Travel activity: possible - JABIL locations within Switzerland

Your Responsibilities

Compliance with legal and internal regulations regarding occupational safety, environmental protection, and health protection
Building effective working relationships with managers, employees, regional EHS functions, and external service providers
Communication with supervisory authorities
Development and monitoring of EHS goals, analyses, reports, documentation
Implementation and processing of EHS-specific dashboards
Monitoring of EHS risks in the operation (creation of risk assessments, site inspections focusing on occupational safety, health protection, environmental protection)
Continuous advising of management and executives regarding environmental, health, and safety regulations
Development and implementation of an EHS training strategy for the site that ensures risks and legal requirements are met
Monitoring EHS performance through inspection and auditing (internal, external)
Maintaining local ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management)

Your Profile

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, including knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Experience in identifying, assessing, and controlling EHS risks in the workplace (occupational safety, environmental protection, health protection)

Technical experience with machines and equipment (machine safety)
Experience with hazardous materials (storage, transport, handling)
Fluent in German and English
