Your Tasks
- Collaboration in building sustainable structures and processes of the new Institute for Nursing and Interprofessionality
- Organization of meetings and minute taking
- Maintenance of the institute's website
- Fee accounting and contract support for short-term assignments
- Collaboration in budget planning
- Contact person for institute staff on various issues
- Participation in projects and committee support
- Support in personnel processes (e.g., scheduling, onboarding/offboarding) in cooperation with HR
- Organization of the graduation ceremony for nursing students
- Various other administrative support for the institute management
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Proficient use of MS Office and IT systems (CRM, Evento advantageous)
- Several years of experience in an assistant role
- Experience in the education sector is an advantage
- Willingness to contribute to the innovative development area of nursing being established at the department
- High service orientation and social skills as well as structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Flexibility, resilience, and quick comprehension
- Interest and willingness to think along and help shape dynamic situations
