In the Presidential Department, Human Resources area, we are looking for you as Head of Human Resources due to the retirement of the current position holder as of July 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the operational and organizational tasks in the entire HR lifecycle (planning, recruitment, support, exit, excluding payroll) in the Human Resources area with two employees
- Professional and competent support and advice to managers and employees on all personnel-related topics
- Provision of necessary documents for personnel and salary policy decisions for the managing director and the executive management
- Advisory participation in the monthly executive management meeting, representing and assessing relevant matters thoroughly and with a business perspective
- Expansion and operation of comprehensive HR management as well as implementation of process optimizations, actively and operationally working in the team
- Leadership and implementation of HR and change management projects
- Further development of strategies and tools for modern HR management
- Promotion of a positive value-based corporate culture
Your profile
- Completed studies in Human Resources (MAS) or Federal HR Specialist (FA)
- Proven HRM professional experience at management level with initial leadership experience and business knowledge
- Experience in public law is an advantage
- Integrative and problem-solving personality with assertiveness and strong interest in personnel policy topics
- Strong social skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Planning and conceptual skills
- Precise, efficient, and service-oriented working style
