Start of employment: immediately or by arrangement
We coordinate the strategic needs planning for the spatial infrastructure of the university, create usage and operational concepts and space programs for construction measures, and ensure project management. We manage the approximately 130 buildings used by the university, offer facility consultations, coordinate furnishings and relocations, and maintain planning foundations and spatial information.
What to expect from us
In this versatile role, you will relieve the Construction and Space team of administrative tasks within projects. You will independently organize and monitor appointments, coordinate appointment inquiries and their follow-up, write meeting notes, and prepare project documents.
You will support the project leaders with technical research and independently take on individual project tasks.
Other tasks include maintaining pool room and relocation lists, coordinating recurring annual tasks such as team events, New Year cards, or website updates, as well as managing the general email address and the future ticketing system.
Ideally, you bring
- a completed commercial basic education with an interest in construction topics and interior design
- Ideally, an EFZ in a related field (e.g., architecture, construction, or facility management)
- Professional experience in the administrative support of planning and construction projects or in facility management - or the willingness to familiarize yourself with these topics
- Enjoyment of communication and networking within and outside the team
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; passive English skills are an advantage
- Proficient use of common office software
- Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even with multiple tasks
- A reliable, structured, and service-oriented working style
- Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to take on responsibility
- Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration in interdisciplinary projects
