Your Tasks

You act as a hub between business users, IT services, and suppliers
You are responsible for the smooth operation of various business applications (CRM: Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 / Teams, Atlassian products, Asana, and others)
Further development, optimization, and automation of existing business applications and the associated business processes
You support business users with technical and professional questions
You accompany internal AI initiatives and implement AI-driven process optimizations
Management of IT projects
Coordination of the further development of applications and responsibility for change requests

What distinguishes you for the job

Degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
Experience in application responsibility and requirements engineering
Experience with M365 / Azure is an advantage
Good technical IT knowledge and experience in project management
Knowledge in the analysis, optimization, and further development of business processes
Open, communicative, and responsible personality
Proactive personality with a lot of initiative and joy in making a difference
Quick comprehension, proactive and independent working style
