We are the central contact point for all company registrations in the Canton of Zurich and thus make a decisive contribution to transparency and legal certainty in economic transactions.

These tasks await you
- You check commercial register applications and documents for legal compliance and completeness, including documents on company formations, amendments to articles of association, transfers of shares, capital changes, personnel changes, and other types of business.
- You review company names and check drafts of registration documents.
- You provide expert information to our customers as well as to consulting firms in the field of commercial register entries.
- You carry out official registration procedures and edit transfers and orders in this context.
- You prepare commercial register applications as well as registration and rejection orders.
You fit with us if you
- have a "CAS Paralegal" or an equivalent further education
- can demonstrate at least one year of professional experience in a legal environment
- are interested in corporate and commercial law issues
- have a high level of commitment and resilience
- have a quick grasp and like to work organized, independently, and precisely
- enjoy contributing to the team and are easy-going
