As an intern, you will be part of the payment team and work on various portfolio management topics as well as supporting in reporting and analysis tasks. You will work in an international context with interactions across all four HUB airlines; SWISS, Lufthansa, Austrian and Brussels.
- Support in steering, grooming and updating the payment project portfolio and backlog
- Align with product owners and keep track of status updates, need for support and risks for ongoing payment initiatives
- Support in preparing the product roadmap and vision for Payment in Lufthansa Group
- Support in preparation of Senior Management Meetings and updates to major payment stakeholders
- Get to know and further develop prioritization techniques and adapt prioritization to payment strategy
- Support in (financial) success and performance monitoring of payment initiatives and projects
- Conduct and present benchmark analysis on payment trends and features
- Organization of team meetings and off-side events

You are a Digital Native, interested in Payment, Innovation and Technology. You are a fast learner and team player with strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Organizational skills including scheduling, managing deadlines, and communicating with stakeholders
- Structured approach, conceptual skills and analytical thinking
- Passion for technology, innovation and payment
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience of working in an agile development team beneficial
- Very good spoken and written English skills and basic German knowledge
- Advanced MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint, Copilot) skills
- Jira/Confluence knowledge beneficial
