Your mission
- Ensure preventive, curative, palliative, and educational nursing care through mastery of clinical assessment
- Provide patient care by delivering autonomous nursing care with a focus on safety, efficiency, and comfort
- Perform delegated medical acts and master the resulting technical procedures
- Actively participate in the evaluation, analysis of clinical situations, and development of care plans
- Ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic projects by integrating the requirements of interdisciplinary work into your daily practice
- Provide good information and quality reception for patients and their relatives
- Be proactive and ensure initiatives to improve the efficiency of care
- Apply and enforce hospital hygiene and safety rules in force within the institution
We offer you
You hold a HES diploma in general care (or an equivalent recognized title). Hospital experience in a surgical department is an asset. Proactive by nature, your technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills allow you to provide quality care. With good communication skills, you have a strong interest in multidisciplinary collaboration and demonstrate speed and precision in performing your tasks. For this position, excellent mastery of French (spoken and written) as well as computer skills are essential.
