Your main tasks
- Training and further education of the members of the Thurgau Cantonal Police in judicial police matters
- Didactic preparation of training content (creation of presentations, lesson plans, etc.)
- Identification of clarification and training needs of the members of the Thurgau Cantonal Police (from report control, quality assurance, feedback from the public prosecutor's office, changes in laws, needs of partner organizations, etc.)
- Development of fundamentals for correct working methods (agreements internally or with public prosecutor's offices, partner organizations)
- Creation of checklists
- Planning of instruction days (content, groups, participants, instructors)
Your profile
- Completed studies in law
- Experience in a law enforcement agency is an advantage
- Training in the methodological-didactic field or willingness to acquire such training
- Willingness for recurring assignments in the front departments
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational and negotiation skills as well as persuasiveness
- Structured, efficient, and quality-conscious way of working
- Confidentiality and discretion
