About the job

You like beautiful design, are passionate about Alpine Slow Food, and love the Engadine mountains. It is important to you to foster a sense of belonging within the team in the unique and idyllic seclusion of a high alpine mountain village and to create the foundations for a good time together, here up at a considerable 1,800 meters– where the next town is 10 kilometers and 30 winding minutes by car away. You know that in this manageable community, solidarity counts, and that humor and talking to each other are more important than hierarchical structures.

A junior cook and 3 assistant cooks work with you. In total, there are 9 of you in the kitchen and service. Sausage and meat mostly come from the region, the cheese from the alpine pasture. For the bread, we have our own bakery in the adjacent house. 

Our hotel and day guests are connoisseurs– and curious about how your Alpine cuisine tastes, which herbs you grow here in the garden, and what character you give vegetarian dishes. For us, a keen talent is more important than a linear career portfolio.
