• Guided operation of building technical systems
• Execution of repairs and maintenance activities
• Assistance with garden and surroundings design
• Winter service as needed
• Independent work processes according to assignment

• Enjoyment in contact with elderly people
• Versatile caretaker tasks according to assignment and independently
• You are open, eager to learn, and technically skilled
• You are a flexible, empathetic, and motivated personality with communication skills
• You are proficient in German (spoken and written)
• You bring teamwork and flexibility
