Clerk with Additional Function in Finance and Accounting (100%)
Your tasks – versatile & responsible
- Responsible for the entire service billing
- Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and dunning processes
- Written and telephone correspondence with health insurance companies, municipalities, and clients
- Maintenance and control of all billing-relevant data
- Ensuring a smooth, timely process within the area of responsibility
- Preparation of evaluations, statistics, and analyses in finance and accounting
- Friendly and professional contact with our clients – by phone and in person
- Support of our two Spitex teams in administrative processes
- Co-responsibility for the management of medical prescriptions and clarifications with health insurance companies
- Responsibility for the entire membership administration
- Working with our industry software Perigon: master data maintenance, service recording, control, statistics
- Participation in projects
- General secretarial tasks
- Support in IT-related issues
- Fleet management
Your profile – professionally competent & personally convincing
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Further training in accounting (e.g., clerical work) or several years of practical experience
- Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills
- Very good IT skills and quick comprehension
- Confident handling of MS Office; Abacus knowledge required, Perigon an advantage
- Customer orientation, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Teamwork, flexibility, humor, and openness to new things
- Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working style
