About the job
Rotpunkt Pharma AG is a pharmacy group based in Zurich. Over
110 pharmacies and drugstores in the German-speaking part of Switzerland are members. As a
central service and competence centre, we support independent
pharmacists in their entrepreneurial activities – especially in the areas of marketing, further education and purchasing.
Our goal is to sustainably strengthen independent, locally rooted pharmacies and
further increase their visibility in the market.
Your Position
As Project Manager Digitalisation, you take on a central role in the digital
development of our member pharmacies. You implement projects from conception and
planning to transfer into operational business. You develop concepts,
evaluate suitable solutions and partners, and ensure that ideas become effective,
practically usable applications in everyday life. In this position, you work closely with
internal stakeholders, external service providers and our members.
With appropriate performance, you will have the opportunity in the medium term to take over the overall professional responsibility for the digitalisation area at Rotpunkt and independently further develop the subject area.
Your Main Tasks
- You design, plan and lead digitalisation projects for our member pharmacies.
- You evaluate suitable tools, solutions and partners according to clear criteria and develop
well-founded decision bases and recommendations. - You set up the project organisation, independently manage the projects and any external service providers,
and keep progress, budget, quality and reporting under control. - You identify the needs of members and internal stakeholders, prioritise them and incorporate them into the projects.
- You implement new digital tools and process automations, test them and
roll them out to the members. - You prepare training materials and communicative accompanying measures for the projects
and hand over completed projects well documented to operational business. - In the medium term, you observe market and technology trends in the pharmacy and health environment
and identify opportunities from them. - In the medium term, you systematically identify digitalisation and automation potentials,
derive concrete projects from them, prioritise these in a roadmap
and implement them independently.
We Offer
- Opportunities to further develop within the role and to take on a
professional responsibility for the digitalisation area in the medium term. - A responsible and varied activity in an environment where
great impact can be achieved thanks to over 110 locations with more than 1,500 employees. - A meaningful activity in the health sector and for a company
that supports owner-managed, local pharmacies and thus secures jobs. - A high degree of personal responsibility and autonomy as well as short decision-making paths
- A pleasant working environment in a small, committed and dynamic team
- A modern, centrally located workplace in Zurich, just a few minutes’ walk
from Stadelhofen train station - Flexible work organisation for good compatibility of work and private life
as well as the possibility for partial home office - Support for job-related further training
