The Internal Audit of Zürcher Kantonalbank supports the bank's risk-conscious strategy achievement through best-in-class assurance. We assess the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, as well as leadership and monitoring processes and help to improve them. The "Audit Private Customers" team consists of six motivated employees and covers an extremely diverse and attractive range of topics. These include, in particular, the retail business for private customers as well as private banking in Switzerland and internationally, with a focus on investment business, AML/CTF, and real estate financing. Furthermore, we are responsible for audits of products and services as well as process audits along the value chain. For this, we are looking for you to strengthen our specialized team. Your tasks
- Planning, leading, and conducting internal audits as well as participating in other audit teams
- Oral and written reporting to the bank's stakeholders as well as preparing audit reports
- Participating in advising the business units on banking and audit-specific issues
- Taking on the role of subject matter expert for selected topics
- Contributing your risk assessment during the audit and annual planning
Your profile
- Completed university degree or commercial training with business management further education at bachelor level or with specialized further education
- Audit-specific training (e.g., Certified Public Accountant, CIA) is an advantage
- In-depth understanding of retail banking, especially sales channels, processes, and risks at the point of sale (e.g., customer service, investment advice, account management)
- Ability to analyze complex relationships (data-driven) and identify risks
- Several years of experience related to the private customer business, preferably with a focus on retail banking (e.g., Business Risk Manager, internal or external auditor)
- Very good written and spoken German skills as well as a confident, persuasive appearance
