We are looking for the Residential Home Schönenbüel in Teufen immediately or by arrangement for a
Head of Cleaning and Laundry 80%
Your tasks:
- Administrative and personnel management of a team of four employees
- Ensuring smooth organization in the area of housekeeping (cleaning, laundry)
- Active participation in all housekeeping areas (cleaning, laundry)
- Collaboration with other areas (residential groups, workshop, administration)
Your profile:
- Training as a department head in hotel and housekeeping management FA, hotel and housekeeping specialist EFZ
- Independent working style, good communication skills, and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekend/public holiday shifts
- Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and humor
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B
