What is the Acherli residential home? The Acherli offers a home to people with a psychological and/or cognitive impairment, and as a team we support the residents in achieving their goals and wishes. Support for self-determination and participation is central at Acherli, and we meet each other at eye level.
What does your work look like?
- You work in a reliable and motivated team of three in a residential group with seven residents in House B.
- Your area of responsibility includes living and leisure activities.
- You accompany residents in the key worker system.
- You support the residents in representing their interests to their environment.
- You work interdisciplinarily. The network includes relatives, employers, legal guardians, psychiatrists, and other professionals.
- You accompany an AGS trainee.
What should you bring with you?
- You have training as a care specialist or in social pedagogy (FH/HF) and have completed further training as a practical instructor or vocational trainer, or you are willing to complete it.
- You are proactive and enjoy organizing.
- You are resilient, open, humorous, and reliable.
- You appreciate working in a small team as well as sole responsibility in daily group life.
- You are willing to work evening, on-call, and weekend shifts (one weekend per month).
