Your Tasks
- Contact person (m/f/d) for patients (m/f/d), visitors (m/f/d), and employees
- Welcoming and seeing off our rehabilitation patients (m/f/d) for arrival and departure, including the associated administrative tasks
- Regular guided tours for newly arrived rehabilitation patients (m/f/d)
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Handling incoming telephone calls
- Managing a personal cash register for the sale of small items such as stamps, etc.
- General administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed training in commercial or hotel management or a comparable vocational training
- Service-oriented thinking and acting
- Commitment, reliability, and flexibility

- Flexibility in working hours (changing shifts, including weekends and public holidays)
