- Representation of the ward management
- Ensuring the flow and organization of daily ward operations
- Close cooperation with all professional groups involved in the treatment process
- Further development and optimization of workflows and processes
- Professional guidance and training of new employees
- Ensuring the professionalism of nursing work and its documentation
- Work in a 3-shift system
Your profile
- Completed training in health and nursing or elderly care
- Several years of professional experience
- Enjoyment in working with mentally ill people
- Commitment, flexibility, teamwork skills, and resilience
- An appreciative attitude
- High social competence combined with the ability to motivate employees to creative solutions in the team
- Interest in a role with responsibility for personnel management and development
- IT skills
