Initial Situation

If everything on the construction site does not go according to plan, you are the person who keeps an overview and finds a solution. For a company in the building technology sector, we are looking for an HVAC Project Manager who not only accompanies technical projects but truly has them under control – from the initial clarifications through planning and coordination to the finished system.

Tasks

• manage HVAC projects from the first meeting to handover
• coordinate planners, installers, suppliers and other project participants
• discuss technical solutions directly with customers and project partners
• create and review tenders, offers, planning documents and technical documentation
• organise and supervise work on the construction site
• keep an eye on costs, deadlines, quality and ongoing changes
• solve technical or organisational problems if the project does not go as planned

Requirements

• technical basic training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning or building technology
• several years of experience in the HVAC sector, ideally already in project management
• good technical understanding and interest in complex systems and projects
• independent and structured working style – you do not wait for someone else to solve the matter
• communicative personality who speaks as well with customers as with installers and planners

IT

MS Office – good knowledge
CAD programmes – good knowledge

Languages

German: native language
English: good spoken and written skills advantageous
