We are building a new job-sharing tandem: Together with a second person, you take responsibility for recruiting and HR operations. You design your collaboration flexibly, inspire each other, and ensure that our HR processes run smoothly – with plenty of room for exchange and development.

• accompanying the entire recruitment process – from job posting to contract signing
• actively shaping and further developing our onboarding, including our Welcome Day
• working in HR operations to ensure that all processes run smoothly and our employees are optimally supported via the HR Service Desk (Jira)
• optimizing processes and implementing them in our HR system (Abacus)
• creating reports as a solid basis for decision-making
• contributing to our internal HR communication as well as employer branding

• with a commercial basic education and further training in human resources (federal HR specialist certificate or higher)
• through your several years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on recruiting
• with your independent, structured, and networked way of working – and openness to engage in a new tandem partnership
• thanks to your high IT affinity for HR software (ideally Abacus) and your confident handling of MS Office
• with your language skills: German at native level, English at least B1
