Host / Manager at the Mountain Restaurant Brüggerstuba

The mountain restaurant with sun terrace or winter garden as well as the star bar Garta are the ideal meeting points for generations. Powerful children and family menus, fine grilled dishes or our star café attract young and old in summer and winter to the middle station of the Arosa-Weisshorn cable car. Your tasks:
- Organization and ensuring the smooth operation in the Brüggerstuba
- Optimization and assurance of quality in all gastronomic areas
- Personnel recruitment and planning of staff deployment
- Planning and implementation of banquets
- Personal, authentic contact maintenance with guests, employees and partners
- General administrative tasks such as calculation of food and drink menus, billing, execution of orders, inventory and stock management
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the field of gastronomy, as well as business management knowledge
- Leadership experience with teams of 20+ employees
- Knowledge of L-GAV regulations
- Team-oriented, communicative, articulate (German and English), pronounced customer-oriented, independent thinking and acting
- Natural authority and assertiveness
- High commitment and willingness to perform, combined with a strong goal and result orientation
- Resilience as well as organizational and implementation skills
