YOUR TASKS

• Professional preparation of diet meals taking into account medical prescriptions
• Ensuring the correct implementation of various diet types as well as requirements for allergies and intolerances
• Participation in the management of the menu selection system and in ordering food
• Co-responsibility for the professional leadership of employees and support in the training of our apprentices
• Irregular working hours as well as evening and weekend shifts are part of this role

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a cook EFZ with further training as a diet cook or an equivalent qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in a hospital or care home kitchen is an advantage
• Interest in current nutrition topics and willingness for professional development
• Independent, precise and responsible working style and ability to work in a team
• Very good German language skills
