About the job
Your area of responsibility
For our housekeeping team in a hotel operation in Basel, we are looking for motivated employees for site management and assistance in hotel cleaning.
The position is part-time (50%+) and includes the night shift.
You are ready for deployment daily and actively support our team in careful cleaning and organization.
Daily assistance in cleaning one shift (approx. 3-4 hours)
Daily inspection of all shifts (max. 1-2 hours)
Daily leading of team briefings with frequent short training sessions
Responsible for inventory management
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas as well as employee areas

Your profile
Experience in team leadership is required
Experience in cleaning, ideally in the hotel or hospitality industry
Reliability, punctuality, and an eye for detail
Friendly demeanor and ability to work in a team

Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
Strong communication and assertiveness skills
Confident handling of occupational safety standards
Hourly wage basis, part-time, 30-60% workload.
