Your Tasks
- Management of the following areas: Central OR, Endoscopy, Appointment Outpatient Clinic, Reception, Patient Escort Service
- Promotion of motivation and personnel management of the assigned employees as well as conducting the associated employee discussions
- Ensuring nursing and process quality as well as coordinating patient care
- Compliance with and monitoring of applicable laws, service and action instructions as well as guidelines and standards
- Support of the Nursing Director in the further development of the nursing service
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
- A completed degree in nursing management or a comparable qualification
- High organizational and cooperation skills
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills combined with empathy and leadership competence
- Willingness to cooperate with other professional groups
- Teamwork, flexibility, commitment, and initiative
