Expert in Customer Consulting Energy Communities (all)

• You answer inquiries from municipalities and customers about energy communities and the framework decree in a professionally sound and reliable manner
• You analyze complex inquiries precisely and support internal teams and technical departments with your expertise to ensure consistent and clear communication
• You develop and maintain understandable training and informational materials and carefully plan and conduct well-structured informational events and webinars to reliably and comprehensibly convey complex content
• You contribute to the creation of grid connection and grid usage contracts and ensure that all legal and internal company requirements are met 

• You have a completed degree (university/FH) in a technical or business field and have experience in customer consulting, ideally in a regulated environment or in the energy sector
• You have solid knowledge of the electricity market and understand regulatory and legal frameworks, which you can explain clearly and appropriately for the target audience
• You work in a structured manner, handle complex issues carefully, and keep an overview even with parallel projects
• With your strong customer affinity and clear, empathetic communication, you manage to build trust even in challenging situations, manage expectations, and create sustainable relationships
• Your German skills are business fluent; French skills give you an advantage
