Your contribution to the company
- You handle conventional recourses and those according to the legal situation in French, particularly in the branches of accident insurance (including medical civil liability), but also in property insurance and occupational pension plans. Handling German and Italian-speaking cases would be a plus
- You prepare and verify damage calculations in civil liability law using the Leonardo software
- You enjoy negotiating and, in addition to your daily discussions, you conduct negotiations on a set of recourse files (management discussions)
- You appreciate modern technology for identifying and processing recourses and, if interested, you participate in projects in this area
- You have the opportunity to participate in internal training and development
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- You have successfully completed law studies or a career in insurance with several years of experience in complex claims; a lawyer's certificate is an asset
- You have good knowledge of civil liability law and recourses, whether in personal injury or property damage. Knowledge of social insurance law is a plus
- You enjoy negotiating with insurers and other involved parties and are able to assert yourself
- French is your native language or you have excellent knowledge of French. You have good knowledge of German and proficiency in German and/or Italian is a plus
- You have team spirit and demonstrate great interpersonal skills
