Construction Foreperson: Civil Engineering and Road Construction
Your Contribution with Us
- Basic education in construction with ongoing or completed further training to become a certified construction foreperson and/or engineer or equivalent
- Experience in road and civil engineering is an advantage
- Cooperative manner and enjoyment of teamwork
- Commitment, willingness to perform and can-do attitude
- Winning personality with strong customer orientation
- Proficient in handling common IT systems
- Possession of a driving licence completes your profile
What Counts for Us
- Independent management of construction projects in the region
- Support of project and construction management in the handling and execution of construction projects, as well as in acquisition and tender preparation
- Participation in calculation and tender processing
- Support regarding site organisation, quantity surveying and billing as well as maintenance of work calculation
- Supervision of construction progress and site result control
- Execution and co-responsibility for work preparation and site organisation
- Accurate and timely quantity surveying and billing
- Involvement in cost, schedule and quality issues
- Participation and shaping of innovation topics in construction (e.g. BIM)
- Contact person for customer enquiries and requests
