People Advisory Services (PAS) supports its clients in all facets of human resource management. PAS has five key pillars: Mobility, Reward, Systems, Talent, and Performance. In this position, you will be part of the PAS Mobility Tax Team. In the Mobility area, we help our clients manage the complex compliance, reporting, and risks associated with deploying a globally mobile workforce.
Your main tasks
- You will work in global teams on international projects and consulting assignments with a focus on international social security and collaborate closely with colleagues abroad.
- Our clients and their employees rely on your advice on all matters arising from international employee assignments from a social security perspective.
- You will handle and support complex cases of seconded and internationally active employees from global corporate and private clients.
- In doing so, you will particularly focus on contribution and insurance law aspects; in individual cases, also on benefits law questions arising from the processing of AHV, ALV, IV, and occupational pensions.
Your competencies
- You have successfully completed your training or studies.
- You are interested in social security, global mobility, international law, and see a future in this field.
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in the area of social security.
- Success factors that will help you advance with us: teamwork, determination, commitment, and quick comprehension. As an international company, we require proficiency in German and English.
