For our headquarters in Schaan, we are looking for a personality with technical understanding, implementation strength, and innovative spirit who successfully manages our development projects across all phases and thus actively contributes to the further development of the Neutrik product world.

Your role in the spotlight:

• In this demanding hub function, you are responsible for the implementation of new product developments – from project initiation through concept and design phases to series production and market launch.
• You work closely with interdisciplinary teams, customers, suppliers, and internal partners to ensure projects are completed within the agreed scope, time, and budget.
• Together with the Project Management Office team, you drive strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen project management competencies worldwide and ensure the successful market introduction of new technologies.

Your profile - the foundation for strong connections:

• A completed technical or business degree.
• Several years of experience as a project manager, ideally in connection, component, or signal transmission technology (audio/video technology, broadcasting).
• Proven experience in product development projects – ideally with an innovation focus in development & production.
• Strong competence in innovation: you understand how ideas become marketable products that excite customers.
• Experience in lateral leadership of project teams and moderation of interdisciplinary decision-making processes.
• Solid knowledge in project management (e.g., IPMA C or equivalent) and experience in matrix organizations.
• Strong conceptual skills to present complex issues as well as pronounced moderation and presentation skills.
• Confident appearance, persuasiveness, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
• A "can-do" and hands-on mentality – you think networked, act solution-oriented, and remain focused even under pressure.
• Very good German and English skills (each at least C1 level).
• Reliability, sense of responsibility, and an open, connecting mindset.
