To successfully master the daily challenges of the real estate industry, we need service- and customer-oriented employees. As a numbers specialist and part of a large team, you competently support your team with special questions in the area of ancillary costs. In this way, you make a significant contribution to achieving our goals.

• Defining property-specific ancillary cost billing concepts and account plans
• Preparing heating and ancillary cost statements
• Developing distribution keys for external administrations
• Advising and supporting the property management and real estate accounting teams regarding ancillary costs
• If necessary, you inspect complex properties
• Creating measurement concepts

• Completed commercial basic training with technical understanding (building services) or manual basic training with commercial further education
• Initial professional experience in a similar environment, preferably in the real estate industry
• Confident German language skills, foreign language skills are a plus
• You are reliable and complete your tasks on time
• You remain a convincing service provider even in challenging situations
• As an Excel specialist and passionate numbers person, you are 100% committed
