Your tasks
- You lead an interdisciplinary team with eight competent employees. With them, you manage the education portfolio proactively, ecologically, and economically within the framework of strategic political guidelines
- For the education sector, you coordinate the infrastructural user needs, ensure the preservation of the stock, and represent the Real Estate Office in internal and external committees
- Together with your team, you develop real estate-specific strategies, accompany site and area planning as well as construction projects in the role of owner representation
- You engage in the Portfolio Management leadership team and contribute to the further development of the department
Your profile
- Leadership experience in the real estate sector, ideally in the public-law context
- Strong conceptual, analytical-structuring skills and diverse methodological repertoire
- A university degree in construction, planning, or real estate, as well as broad professional experience and real estate economic knowledge
- A preference and ability for cooperative handling of complex tasks, high communication and teamwork skills
