• Planning, design, implementation, and operation of company-wide directory services: 

• Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
• Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
• LDAP-based and other identity platforms
• Disaster recovery process definition and testing

• Management and optimization of Group Policy Objects (GPOs) as well as monitoring AD replication
• Design and implementation of disaster recovery strategies as well as support for hybrid identity solutions (e.g., AD FS, Azure AD Connect)
• Development and maintenance of automation and scripting solutions (including PowerShell)
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
• 3rd-level support for complex directory and identity issues
• Creation and updating of documentation, operational materials, and runbooks

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, information technology, or a comparable field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an enterprise environment with a focus on directory services and automation
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity federation as well as a solid understanding of IAM, SSO, and security best practices
• Ideally, you have certifications such as MS-100, AZ-104, SC-300, AZ-800
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) as well as basic knowledge of DevOps methods and tools
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high problem-solving skills
