About the job
The notary office, land registry, and bankruptcy office Goldau of the Schwyz district is responsible for six municipalities, focusing on real estate transactions, inheritance matters, matrimonial property law, corporate law, and bankruptcy law.
As of January 2027, due to succession arrangements, we are looking for a personally and professionally convincing leadership personality as Notary / Notary Office Management 80-100 %
Your main tasks:
- Management of the notary office, land registry, and bankruptcy office with currently five deputy notaries and eight clerical staff
- Timely execution of transactions and coordination of work
- Leadership and support of employees
- Consultation of clients
- Certification of legal transactions
- Official duties as land registry and bankruptcy administrator
- Maintaining contacts with official offices and authorities
Your profile:
- Schwyz lawyer's license or passed notary examination
- Out-of-canton lawyer's license with willingness to complete a corresponding re-examination (oral exam) in the canton of Schwyz
- Solid knowledge in the notary and land registry area as well as in other legal fields
- Several years of leadership and professional experience
- Independent, efficient, and precise working style as well as quick comprehension
- Customer friendliness, representative and confident appearance
