Do you have leadership experience and want to empower people in their professional development and accompany them on their journey? Then we look forward to getting to know you! We are looking for a committed personality for our Basel location who is eager to support our employees as a People Coach.
We are in the middle of restructuring our organization with the goal of reducing hierarchies, simplifying structures, and optimizing processes. Our customers are always at the center of our actions. To ensure our employees receive ideal support during and especially after the change, we are looking for a committed personality with a hands-on mentality for the role of People Coach.
YOUR FUTURE TASKS:
- You accompany and support our employees as a sparring partner, coach, and mediator on the path to an effective and efficient agile organizational culture with role-based teams.
- With appropriate measures and formats, you ensure the anchoring of our values and culture within the teams.
- You form the link to the HR team and support our employees in all matters along the employee lifecycle (onboarding, deployment, development, and separation).
- In coordination with the management board and lead people coach, you ensure optimal competence development and personnel planning and initiate further development and recruitment measures early on.
- Together with HR, you are responsible for developing a personnel evaluation process aligned with the HR strategy as well as the further development and maintenance of the training concept with Education Master.
YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in an agile or self-organized context (e.g., as team lead, people manager, or coach with line responsibility).
- The ability to openly address difficult topics and conflicts, moderate them, and actively support the team in finding solutions.
- The competence to promote individuals and build trusting relationships.
- Great enthusiasm for personnel and leadership topics as well as passion for optimally supporting and accompanying our employees.
- Ideally further training in coaching, mediation, or systemic consulting, enabling you to playfully use suitable tools and methods to anchor the collaboration culture.
- A high sense of responsibility and joy in working independently.
- With heart, mind, and humor.
