Head of Finance & Controlling
Member of the Executive Board

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you take on financial leadership and actively shape the development of iwaz. You handle key tasks yourself, supported by two specialist employees in accounting. You prepare interim and audit-ready annual financial statements and are responsible for budgeting in coordination with budget holders and the finance committee, financial and liquidity planning, forecasts as well as VAT and service contract billing. With reports and key figures, you provide decision-making bases for the executive board and the foundation board. You are the contact person for authorities and auditors, financially accompany the construction project, optimise processes, further develop the use of Abacus and build up reporting.

You have higher education or further training in finance and accounting as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role. You are confident in balance sheets and financial statements, know Abacus and Excel very well and enjoy digital solutions. Experience in the social and healthcare sector as well as knowledge of ASBB, HILO and BESA are advantageous. You work independently, are hands-on and pragmatically support change. You communicate openly and clearly, value personal collaboration and embrace the social mission.
