Your tasks
- Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements of the companies and locations
- Provision of operational and strategic personnel key figures for reporting
- Involvement in the further development of the data infrastructure and the associated documentation
- Support in the preparation and processing of operational and strategic site planning and for the individual companies in the region
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses, variance analyses and target-actual comparisons as needed
- Preparation and participation in the creation of care budgets
- Assistance with external reporting obligations and internal implementation (INEK, PPP-RL, PpSG, PpUG and similar)
- Collaboration on strategic projects within the region or at the group level
Your profile
- Ideally a completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on health management and/or controlling
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP FI/CO as well as ideally a pronounced IT affinity
- Strong communication and social skills
- Analytical thinking and structured working method
- Team spirit and commitment
