We provide caring and professional care and support around the clock in our three nursing homes Oranienburg, Belvoir and Altenberg as well as the senior residence Villa Sarepta (living with services). The proximity to the city and the Salem Hospital as well as our own medical team make our houses the first choice for a pleasant and safe living in old age. Diaconis offers a home to people with different needs and always welcomes guests for holiday and transitional stays.

Your tasks with us

You support and accompany our residents empathetically in organizing their daily routine
You participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of diverse group and individual sessions
You contribute to maintaining and specifically promoting the mental, social and physical abilities of our residents
You help organize excursions, celebrations and cultural events and bring in your own ideas
You work integratively and interprofessionally with various teams to ensure holistic care

What you bring with you

You already have an admission confirmation from the Higher Technical School (e.g. medi | Center for Medical Education in Bern) or are in the application process
You have great joy in accompanying and supporting elderly people
You are creative, like to work independently and have a high level of responsibility
Flexibility and healthy resilience characterize you in the lively daily life of the home
You have good IT skills and are open to using technical aids
You communicate confidently in German (level C1 preferred, at least B2)
