Team Leader / Senior BMA Hospital Laboratory (m/f/d) 80-100 %
Your tasks are
- Performing all routine analyses of a polyvalent laboratory including blood product management in an acute hospital
- Independent validation of the determined laboratory results and correct forwarding
- Regular participation in late, weekend, and holiday shifts, no night shifts
- Routine activity accounts for 50-60% of the position
- Responsibility for organizing the workflow at the workplaces
- Monitoring the functionality of laboratory devices and organizing periodic maintenance
- Management of internal and external quality assurance, as well as document management in the quality management system
- Cross-departmental collaboration and participation in interdisciplinary meetings
- Responsibility for team development, succession planning, and personnel strategy at the location
