Your challenge
- Active support of client advisors in the holistic care of our national and international clients as well as in various acquisition activities
- Independent handling of administrative tasks (correspondence, internal clarifications, etc.)
- Responding to customer inquiries (personal, telephone, and written customer contact)
- Independent preparation and follow-up of client appointments as well as occasional accompaniment of client advisors at client meetings, client calls, and events
- Acceptance and processing of orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payment transactions in compliance with legal requirements
- Professional and service-oriented handling of customer inquiries
- Enjoyment of a dynamic work environment and related interest in participating in projects for continuous optimization of processes and systems
Your profile
- Completed banking training or commercial basic training
- Professional experience in private banking or intermediaries area, solid knowledge of internal banking processes as well as experience in asset management and further training on special topics such as compliance is an advantage
- Very good user skills in MS Office, Avaloq experience is an advantage
- Confident German and English skills, French and Italian are an advantage
- Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented personality with high initiative, independence, and willingness for professional development (internal and external)
- High customer orientation and service readiness
- Polished manners, confident appearance, and very good communication skills
